Aged in Penelope Bourbon barrels for 6 months, we present a bold strong scotch ale with bourbon and vanilla aromatics, toffee and tobacco flavours, a warming alcohol finish, wrapped up with a kiss of woody tannins. Bourbon barrel aged version of our strong scotch ale, just a wee bit heavier.
