We aged our Broken Monk Belgian Blonde Ale for 10 months in 2nd use bourbon oak barrels and added brettanomyces creating a very dry and effervescent beer reminiscent of oaky white wine with whispers of lemon, honey dew melon and subtle vanilla. Its our Broken Monk beer, but bretter!
